Returns
We want you and your cat to love your CozyMeow. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in their original, unused condition and packaging.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at cozymeowofficial@outlook.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.

How to Start a Return
Email cozymeowofficial@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24–48 hours with next steps. For non-defective returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time to appear on your statement.
